CHOOSING AN ELECTRIC PALLET STACKER

Check pallet fit before choosing capacity.

The CDD15 and CDD20 shown here use a fork-over layout: two support legs run beneath the lifting forks. Those legs must enter under the pallet as well. Open-bottom pallets may suit this design; bottom boards across the entry path can block it. Check underside photos, entry direction and opening dimensions before selecting a capacity. LETENG currently lists two models in this range: the CDD15 1.5-ton electric pallet stacker and the CDD20 2-ton electric pallet stacker.

Both models list a standard fork lift height of 3,000 mm and an overall width of 820 mm. CDD15 is rated at 1,500 kg and CDD20 at 2,000 kg. Confirm the remaining capacity at your actual load centre and required height for the proposed mast. The model rating does not mean the same load can be lifted at every height, and overall width is not the loaded turning-aisle requirement.

For a quotation, send pallet underside photos, opening dimensions, the heaviest loaded pallet, lift height, aisle and doorway measurements, quantity and destination.
