Height & load.
Standard fork lift height is 3,000 mm, with options up to 6,000 mm. Share your required working height to confirm the mast configuration and load capacity.

CHECK YOUR PALLET FIRST
The pallet must fit
the support legs.
Rated load is only one part of selection.
Check the pallet underside before ordering.
Look underneath.
The lifting forks rise above two fixed support legs. These legs also need space to enter beneath the pallet. An open-bottom pallet may suit this fork-over layout; bottom boards across the entry path can obstruct the legs. Do not assume a double-deck pallet will fit.
Send the dimensions.
Share the pallet length and width, entry-opening width and height, and a clear underside photo showing the bottom boards. Mark the direction you will enter. These details allow the fork and support-leg arrangement to be checked against your actual pallet.
Check the working load.
Provide the loaded pallet weight, load dimensions and required lift height. Confirm the available capacity for the selected mast and load centre; the nominal model capacity should not be assumed to apply at every lift height.
